Eyebrows have turned blue or pink, eyeliner has migrated under the skin, eyes have been made smaller by using eyeliner techniques that were unsuitable for that clients eye shape. Brows that have been arched to high, which gives the client a permanent surprised look or brows that have been shaped to close to the nose, giving the client and angry look. Lips that have turned black or blue, or lips where the colour was inserted so high above the lipline, that it has given the client a clownish look.

I have had many dissatisfied clients, seeking my help to fix/correct inexperienced technician’s mistakes that should have never happened in the first place. It is important  to be trained and have experience in skin tones and pigment colours, as some pigment colours are simply not suitable for certain skin tones.  Some clients have complained of the colour that has been inserted being too dark, and they would like the colour to be lighter. The quality of the pigments used is also very important.

In most cases I’m able to help, it could take several treatments to undo the damage, but for me it is extremely satisfying to have a happy client leaving my studio.
